As a dedicated orchestral musician, Mr. Davies has brought his passion to the international stage, in tours of Europe, South America, and Asia. Recently, Mr. Davies has performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Minnesota Orchestra, and North Carolina Symphony. His summer engagements have been at the National Repertory Orchestra, Tanglewood Music Center, Round Top Festival Institute and the National Orchestral Institute and Festival.

Mr. Davies is an avid chamber musician, receiving the John Celentano Award for Excellence in Chamber Music from the Eastman School of Music. His various chamber projects have been broadcast nationally on “Performance Today” and have been featured on the “Best Of Chamber Music” concerts at the Round Top Festival Institute and Honors Chamber Recitals at Eastman. In 2022, Mr. Davies and his colleagues were selected to perform George Walker’s Wind Set for the dedication concert of the George Walker Center for Equity and Inclusion in Music.

Mr. Davies received his Master’s degree at The Juilliard School studying with Nathan Hughes. During his Bachelor’s degree at the Eastman School of Music he studied with Richard Killmer, also receiving the prestigious Performers Certificate and a Certificate of Achievement in Performance Practice.
