Ann Lehmann, violin

Violinist Ann Lehmann plays in the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and the Grant Park Symphony in Chicago. Prior to her current jobs, she has enjoyed a busy and versatile career. As an orchestral player, Mrs. Lehmann has performed as concertmaster of the Tanglewood Festival Orchestra and the Marrowstone Festival Orchestra, and as a section player in the New Jersey Symphony. After making her solo debut with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra at the age of eleven, she has been re-engaged with them and has played with many other orchestras including the Dominican Republic National Symphony, the Little Orchestra Society of Lincoln Center, the Julius Grossman Orchestra in New York City, and the Korean Broadcasting System Symphony in Seoul, Korea. She has also had debut recitals at Carnegie's Weill Recital Hall and Kennedy Center's Terrace Theater.
